Chalet Sandjeman

Set on a peaceful hillside at the edge of the forest. It sleeps 12 and sits an eight-minute walk from the bars and restaurants by the Mairie, with the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts around a four-minute drive away and the Nyon lift about two minutes by car — handy for linking quiet Pointe de Nyon trails with busier Portes du Soleil days.

The chalet is built in larch and arranged cleverly across half-levels spanning four floors, with a glass, metal and stone central staircase and generous terraces and balconies on each floor looking out to forest and mountain. On the second floor, an open-plan kitchen and dining space centres on a large island and a table that seats twelve — cook yourselves, or ask Hunter Chalets about a private chef or delivered meals (extra cost, subject to availability). Half a level up, the main living room has a TV nook, a large sofa by the log-burning fireplace, board games and a Harman Kardon sound system for evenings in.

A second lounge on the third floor opens through floor-to-ceiling windows to the mountain view. A hidden wooden door leads into the wellness area, with a spa treatment room, shower and access to the outdoor barrel sauna and hot tub overlooking the forest (therapist visits available via Hunter’s concierge brochure at extra cost).

On level 1 you’ll find the entrance hall, laundry room, WC, bunk room and the ski and boot storage room with heated boot racks, plus access to the double garage. Your stay includes exclusive use of the property, a welcome pack (Champagne, beers, snacks and cleaning products), concierge support before and during the holiday, and all laundry, linen and towels. Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, The White Company toiletries, hairdryers and straighteners, bathrobes and slippers are all part of the chalet facilities list.
