Now, we're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media & Content Intern to join our team for an initial 4 month period over the summer and help share the stoke with the world. As our Social Media & Content Intern, you’ll work directly with our directors to help plan, create, and post content, engage with our community, and help bring the adventure lifestyle to life online. Bonus? You’ll get to travel to multiple destinations and experience our trips first-hand, all expenses paid.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to Instagram and Facebook
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI
Capture and curate on-the-ground content while travelling to mountain biking and ski destinations
Collaborate with the creative and management teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics and performance
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our content fresh and relevant
Engage with our community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and authentic way

What You'll Get

About You

Passionate about mountain biking, the outdoors, and adventure culture
Strong creative instincts — photography, video editing, and writing skills
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social media trends
Comfortable riding intermediate MTB trails (you’ll be shooting and riding!)
Positive, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
Ability to travel regularly (UK and occasional European trips). Potential to be based in Morzine for the summer.
Some experience with content creation, marketing, or social media management is a bonus, but passion and creativity matter most

Requirements

Experience managing Instagram and Facebook for a brand or agency
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy
Content creation skills — from writing captions to capturing mobile video and imagery for the MTB market
Passion for mountain biking
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to outdoor destinations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to take instructions on board but also provide your own insights and ideas
